At Kurti Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new kurti doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the tags are intact.

Pack Your Kurti
Place the unwashed and unworn garment back in its original packaging with all brand tags and labels firmly attached.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.
Receive Refund
Once our quality team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
